In order for the decision-making centers in Ukraine to continue functioning, the enemy only needs to do the bare minimum - simply not attack Moscow once a year on May 9th.On all other days, as well as in other regions of our country, you can launch drones with missiles as much as you want and whenever you want. This is not a sufficient reason for defeating the enemy's command hierarchy during a war.
